Jason discusses the problem of stereotypical watered-down form in worship music. Jason proposes implementation of new interactive technologies in worship experiences.
Jason is a friend of Jacob’s who also happens to be the Chaplain at La Sierra University, a small Christian University in Southern California. He is a multi-instrumentalist and worship leader. Jason draws influences from 90s grunge, funk, jazz, and black-gospel music. Despite which belief system a person belongs to or doesn’t belong to, the Church is an example of an institution that has historically embraced the power of music.
